UNIFIL General Colussi inaugurates a clinic in Ayn Ibel

UNIFIL inaugurated with the Italian contingent a new clinic in the village of Ayn Ibil in the municipality of Bint Jbeil.

In his speech, General Colussi underlined how today healthcare “is a fundamental sector for stability and the return to normality. The future of southern Lebanon is a reality that UNIFIL pursues day after day.”

The ceremony was attended by the main civil and religious authorities of Ayn Ibel. In his speech, Mayor Ayyoub Kreisch thanked the presence of UNIFIL and the Italian contingent for the constant proximity of the Italian Contingent. Thanks to UNIFIL also came from Maronite Archbishop Charbel Abdallah who recalled the value of hope at such a complex time.
The presence of the Lebanese Armed Forces, UNIFIL’s strategic partner, is important in territorial control operations and in supporting the population present at the ceremony.

افتتحت اليونيفيل، بالتعاون مع الوحدة الإيطالية، عيادة جديدة في قرية عين إبل التابعة لبلدية بنت جبيل.

 

في كلمته، أكد الجنرال كولوسي على أن الرعاية الصحية اليوم “قطاع أساسي للاستقرار وعودة الحياة إلى طبيعتها. مستقبل جنوب لبنان واقع تسعى اليونيفيل لتحقيقه يومًا بعد يوم”.

 

حضر الحفل كبار الشخصيات المدنية والدينية في عين إبل. وفي كلمته، شكر رئيس البلدية، أيوب كريش، اليونيفيل والوحدة الإيطالية على تواجدهما الدائم. كما شكر المطران الماروني شربل عبد الله اليونيفيل على ثقته بقيمة الأمل في هذه المرحلة العصيبة.

 

يُعد وجود الجيش اللبناني، الشريك الاستراتيجي لليونيفيل، بالغ الأهمية في عمليات السيطرة على الأراضي ودعم السكان الحاضرين في الحفل
